Campaign Rules
ContentCraze — Official CPM Campaign Rules (Post Party / Creator Contest)
Publicly we may refer to these as “competitions.” In our Terms of Service and legal documents, these may be called “Campaigns” or “Creator Contests.”These Official CPM Campaign Rules apply only to ContentCraze CPM / performance-based campaigns (also known as Post Party). They do not apply to the UGC Marketplace.

- Sponsor / Brand: the business funding a CPM Campaign budget and providing campaign requirements.

There is no leaderboard scoring system for CPM Campaigns. Earnings are calculated from Verified Views (and any other stated verified metrics, if applicable), subject to the Campaign’s CPM rate and total budget.
4.1 CPM rate and calculation
- The Campaign Schedule will state a CPM rate (e.g., “$X per 1,000 verified views”).
- Unless the Campaign Schedule says otherwise, Earnings are generally calculated as:
Earnings = (CPM Rate) × (Verified Views ÷ 1,000)
- ContentCraze may round calculations to the nearest cent and apply minimum thresholds shown in the Services.
4.2 Measurement window
- Unless the Campaign Schedule states otherwise, metrics are measured from the TikTok post time until the earlier of: - the Campaign end time, or - the time the Campaign is paused/ended or the budget is fully allocated/spent.
4.3 Budget cap and Campaign end
- Campaigns have a total budget cap set by the Brand. The Campaign may end when: - the time window ends, or - the budget is fully allocated/spent, or - the Brand or ContentCraze pauses/ends the Campaign under the Program Rules.
- If multiple Submissions accrue results near the time a Campaign budget is reached, ContentCraze may apply a reasonable allocation method (including time-based cutoff and/or pro-rating) to keep total payouts within the budget cap. Decisions are final.
4.4 No guarantee
- ContentCraze does not guarantee any minimum performance, distribution, or Earnings. Views and results may fluctuate due to platform behavior and limitations.
5) Review, Verification, Adjustments
- Submissions may be reviewed for compliance with these Rules and the Campaign requirements. ContentCraze may perform admin review/approval as a convenience for Brands.
- ContentCraze may verify results using available sources (including TikTok APIs where authorized) and may: - exclude invalid or suspicious activity, - correct technical errors, - adjust Verified Views and Earnings, - require additional verification steps.
If a Submission is deleted, made private, geo-blocked, or otherwise unavailable during the measurement/verification period, it may become ineligible for Earnings.
6) Authenticity & Anti-Fraud
You may not manipulate participation or metrics, including by:
- bots, click farms, purchased views/likes/comments/shares, engagement pods,
- misleading “view exchange” schemes,
- deceptive or coercive tactics to force interactions.
ContentCraze may withhold, reduce, or deny Earnings, disqualify Submissions, and/or suspend accounts for violations or suspected manipulation.
Paid media / boosting
- Creator-run boosting or paid distribution is prohibited during the earning window unless the Campaign Schedule expressly allows it.
- If paid distribution is detected (whether by the Creator or any third party), ContentCraze may exclude related views from Verified Views.

- Payouts are handled through a third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe). Creators must complete required onboarding/KYC and tax forms (e.g., W-9/W-8BEN where applicable).

- Taxes: Creators are responsible for taxes on Earnings.
11) Disputes
If you believe there is a calculation error or eligibility mistake, you must dispute it within the dispute window stated in the Terms of Service (or any shorter window shown in the Campaign Schedule for that Campaign). Disputes must be submitted via the contact method shown in the Services.
12) Campaign Schedule Controls Variables
Each Campaign includes a Schedule that may specify:
- Sponsor/Brand and campaign description
- Entry Period (start/end) and time zone
- CPM rate and total budget cap
- Required hashtags/mentions and disclosures (e.g., #ad)
- Creative requirements and prohibited themes
- Eligibility/geography restrictions (void where prohibited)
- Submission limits per Creator
- Measurement window and verification details
- Any additional bonuses, minimums, or special terms (if offered)
If the Schedule conflicts with these Rules, the Schedule controls only for items it is allowed to vary (dates, geography, submission limits, CPM rate, budget, measurement details). These Rules and the Terms/Assent control for ownership transfer and integrity enforcement.
