What this is
This Creator Assent (“Assent”) explains the terms you agree to when you submit any content through ContentCraze, including the Marketplace and Campaigns.
A Campaign may also be referred to as: Post Party, CPM Campaign, or Creator Contest.
By submitting content (or clicking “I Agree”, “Submit”, “Upload”, or similar), you agree to this Assent.
Quick summary (plain English)
- Brand ownership (the big one): If your video is Accepted (meaning it is not rejected), you sell/assign full ownership of that video to the Brand — forever, worldwide. The Brand can reuse it anywhere, including ads, websites, and social, and can edit it.
- If it’s rejected: You keep ownership. We still may keep limited copies for review, compliance, and records.
- Your likeness: You allow the Brand (and ContentCraze) to use your name, image, voice, and likeness as shown in the content for marketing.
- AI processing (Hook Lab): If your Accepted Submission is used as source material for Hook Lab, you consent to your voice being cloned and your likeness being used for AI lip-sync to generate new video hook variants for the Brand.
- Authenticity: No bots or fake engagement. Follow Campaign rules and the Brand’s brief.
- Rights: Only submit content you have the rights to (music, footage, people, etc.).
- Payments: If you earn money, payouts are handled through our payment provider after review and verification.
This summary is not the full agreement. The sections below control.

If your Submission is Accepted, you agree that the Brand owns it fully and outright.
2.1 Work‑made‑for‑hire and assignment
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Accepted Submission is a “work made for hire” created for the Brand.
- If it is not legally a work made for hire, you irrevocably assign to the Brand all right, title, and interest in and to the Accepted Submission and all intellectual property rights in it.
This includes all rights to:
- reproduce, distribute, display, perform, transmit, and otherwise use the Accepted Submission,
- create edits and derivatives (cropping, captions, dubbing, subtitles, remixing, compiling, etc.),
- use it for organic content and paid advertising on any platform,
- use it in any medium now known or later developed,
- sublicense or transfer rights to the Brand’s agencies, affiliates, ad accounts, partners, platforms, and service providers.
2.2 No further permission required
Once Accepted, the Brand may use the Accepted Submission without additional approval from you, and may do so with or without credit.
2.3 Scope
The ownership transfer is:
- Perpetual (forever)
- Worldwide
- Exclusive to the Brand
- Royalty‑free (except for the compensation described in the relevant Marketplace/Campaign terms)
2.4 Moral rights waiver
Where permitted, you waive (or agree not to assert) any “moral rights” (including rights of attribution and integrity) in the Accepted Submission.
2.5 Practical cooperation
If reasonably requested, you agree to:
- provide the final exported file(s) and/or source files you have,
- confirm the assignment in writing,
- take reasonable steps to help perfect the Brand’s ownership.
3) Limited permission back to you (portfolio + required posting)
Even though the Brand owns Accepted Submissions, you have limited permission to:
- keep the content live on your social profile if posting was required by the Marketplace brief or Campaign rules, and
- show the content in your personal portfolio.
This permission is non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and for self‑promotional use only. The Brand may request removal in reasonable situations (e.g., legal, compliance, or brand safety concerns).
4) ContentCraze license (platform operations)
You grant ContentCraze a limited, worldwide license to host, store, display, and transmit Submissions as needed to:
- operate the platform,
- review for compliance, fraud, and trust & safety,
- share with the Brand for evaluation,
- maintain records and audit trails,
- handle disputes, investigations, and legal compliance.

You grant the Brand and ContentCraze the right to use your name, handle, image, likeness, voice, and biographical info as shown in the Submission for marketing, advertising, and promotion of the Brand, the Accepted Submission, and/or ContentCraze.
6) AI processing of your Submissions (Hook Lab)
If your Accepted Submission is used as source material for ContentCraze’s Hook Lab feature, you understand and consent to the following:
- Voice cloning: Your voice (as captured in the Submission) may be analyzed and cloned using AI voice synthesis to generate new spoken audio for hook variants.
- Lip-sync generation: Your facial likeness (as captured in the Submission) may be used to generate AI lip-synced video where your face appears to speak the new AI-generated hook script.
- Derivative outputs: The resulting AI-generated video (containing your synthetic voice and lip-synced likeness) is owned by the Brand as a derivative of the Accepted Submission, subject to the same ownership terms in Section 2.
- Third-party AI providers: Your voice and likeness data may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers (for transcription, voice synthesis, and facial animation) for the sole purpose of generating Hook Lab outputs. These providers operate under contractual protections and are prohibited from using your data for other purposes.
- No separate compensation: Hook Lab processing of your Accepted Submission does not entitle you to additional compensation beyond what is stated in the applicable Marketplace/Campaign terms, unless expressly stated otherwise in the Program Rules.
- Disclosure responsibility: The Brand is responsible for any required disclosures when using AI-generated outputs (e.g., synthetic content labels required by law or platform policy).
7) Your promises (representations & warranties)
You represent and warrant that:
- You created the Submission (or have all necessary rights) and have the authority to agree to these terms.
- Your Submission does not violate any law or third‑party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, etc.).
- You have permission from anyone who appears or is heard in the content (or you have removed/blurred them).
- Any music, footage, and assets are properly licensed for the intended uses. - Important: Music usable on social platforms may not be cleared for off‑platform advertising.
- You will follow the Brand’s brief and any program rules (including disclosure requirements like #ad where required).

If you participate in a Campaign:
- Earnings (if any) are calculated from verified results under the Campaign rules (for example, CPM rate per 1,000 verified views) and may be limited by a Brand’s budget, timing, eligibility requirements, and other program variables.
- You must not use prohibited methods to inflate performance (bots, click farms, engagement pods, purchased views/likes/comments, etc.).
- ContentCraze may audit results, remove ineligible views, and disqualify content that violates program rules or appears fraudulent.
9) Marketplace rules
If you submit to a Marketplace brief:
- If the Brand purchases/accepts your Submission, it becomes an Accepted Submission and ownership transfers as described above.
- If the Brand rejects/declines, ownership does not transfer.
- Some briefs may require posting or specific deliverables (length, hooks, format, disclosures). Those requirements will be shown in the brief and control for that brief.
10) Payments, verification, and taxes
- Payments are processed through a third‑party payment provider.
- You may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) and provide tax information.
- Payout timing and eligibility are controlled by the applicable Marketplace/Campaign rules and review processes.
- You are responsible for all taxes on earnings.

ContentCraze may reject, remove, or disqualify any Submission that violates this Assent, the Brand’s brief, program rules, platform policies, or applicable law.
If a dispute process or deadline is provided in the program, you must follow it. If none is provided, disputes must be raised within a reasonable time.
12) Eligibility
You must meet the age requirements in your region. If you are under 18 (or under the local age of digital consent), a parent/guardian must consent where required.
13) Relationship to other terms
This Assent is part of, and supplements, the ContentCraze Terms of Service and Privacy Policy listed at the top of this page, as well as any program‑specific rules shown in the app or on the web.
If there is a conflict between this Assent and program‑specific rules, the program‑specific rules control for that program.
