This SMS Terms & Conditions page describes the SMS messaging program operated by Craze Software, LLC (d/b/a ContentCraze).

1) Program description

Content Craze sends SMS text messages to creators who opt in through our mobile app or creator application form. Messages relate to your activity on the Content Craze platform, including:

  • Submission status updates (e.g., accepted, rejected, revision requested)
  • Earnings notifications (e.g., new earnings accrued, balance updates)
  • Payout confirmations (e.g., payout initiated, payout completed)
  • Campaign alerts (e.g., new campaign invitations, deadlines)
  • Account and security notices (e.g., phone verification codes)

By checking the SMS consent checkbox during phone verification in our mobile app, or by providing your phone number on our creator application form, you expressly consent to receive the SMS text messages described above from Content Craze.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the platform. You may use Content Craze without opting in to SMS by choosing email-only notifications.

3) Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your platform activity. You may receive messages when submissions are reviewed, earnings are accrued, or payouts are processed. Typical frequency ranges from 1–10 messages per month, but may be higher during active campaign periods.

4) Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to any messages you send or receive. Content Craze does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may.

5) Opt-out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message from Content Craze
  • Contacting us at nick@contentcraze.io

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Content Craze unless you re-opt-in.

7) Supported carriers

SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may vary. Content Craze is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

8) Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent/data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
