SMS Terms & Conditions

This page describes ContentCraze Alerts, the SMS text message program operated by Craze Software, LLC (d/b/a ContentCraze).

1) Program description

ContentCraze Alerts sends text messages to creators who opt in through the ContentCraze app or our creator application form. Messages relate to your activity on ContentCraze, including:

  • Submission status updates (e.g., accepted, rejected, revision requested)
  • Earnings notifications (e.g., new earnings accrued, balance updates)
  • Payout confirmations (e.g., payout initiated, payout completed)
  • Campaign alerts (e.g., new campaign invitations, deadlines)
  • Account and security notices (e.g., phone verification codes)

2) Consent & opt-in

By checking the SMS consent box in the ContentCraze app or on our creator application form, you expressly consent to receive the ContentCraze Alerts text messages described above. Giving us your phone number without checking that box is not consent to SMS.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the platform. You may use ContentCraze without opting in to SMS by choosing email-only notifications.

3) Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your platform activity. You may receive messages when submissions are reviewed, earnings are accrued, or payouts are processed. Typical frequency ranges from 1 to 10 messages per month, but may be higher during active campaign periods.

4) Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to any messages you send or receive. ContentCraze does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may.

5) Opt-out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message from ContentCraze
  • Contacting us at nick@contentcraze.io

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from ContentCraze unless you re-opt-in.

6) Help

For help with SMS messages, reply HELP to any message from ContentCraze or email nick@contentcraze.io.

7) Supported carriers

SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support may vary. ContentCraze is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

8) Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent/data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We use service providers, such as Twilio, to deliver messages.
