Program Rules
Last updated: October 23, 2026. Effective: October 23, 2026.
Program Rules are the rules for one campaign: what to film, where to post, the pay, deadlines, and posting duties. Each campaign shows its own rules on its campaign page in our creator applications, and you review them there before you take part. This page sets out the rules that apply to every campaign. Our Terms of Service and Creator Assent apply too. If a campaign page or this page conflicts with the Terms of Service on ownership, payment conditions, or fees, the Terms of Service control.
1. Who can take part
You must be 18 or older, with one account per person.
2. Review before posting
Every campaign that posts reviews each video before it goes up. Submit the video in the app and wait for the decision. Do not post before it is approved, and do not change the video after it is approved. Once it is approved, post it on the platforms the campaign asks for and add the working post link in the app. Pay needs the approved post, the working link, and a successful check.
3. Campaigns without posting
Some campaigns buy the video only, and their campaign page says so. Do not post these videos anywhere. Your pay is credited when the video is approved, and the Brand cannot undo an approval.
4. No paid boosting
Do not pay to promote a campaign video, for example with TikTok Promote or an Instagram boost, and do not buy views, likes, comments, or followers, or use bots or engagement groups. We may ask for your analytics or a screen recording to check. Paid boosting is a ban, and a ban cancels every earning not yet paid out (Terms of Service, Section 7).
5. Keep paid videos posted
Keep the videos you were paid for posted and public, unless we tell you it is fine to take one down. If a paid video comes down, its earnings can be reversed.
6. Say it is paid
Disclose the paid relationship in every post. Keep the #ad tag when the campaign has it, and turn on the platform's own label (such as TikTok "Branded content" or an Instagram paid partnership) where it applies.
7. Cash out
Earnings are checked before you can cash out. Request a payout (Cash out) in the app once you have the minimum in checked earnings. The app shows the minimum and the wait between requests. We review each request and may ask for a screen recording of your posts. A platform fee is deducted when you cash out. The Earnings screen and Cash out show the current fee and what you take home.
8. Link in bio
When a campaign asks for a link in bio, keep your ContentCraze link in the bio of the account you post from while the campaign runs. The Brand's link appears on it automatically.
