PROJECT TRACK

Paste a URL. Get live analytics. Stop updating spreadsheets.

Project Track monitors any TikTok or Instagram video automatically: views, likes, comments, engagement rate, updated hourly. Link a Playbook and see which scripts are driving results. One dashboard for all your creator content.

Track TikTok + Instagram · Auto-updating metrics · Script-level analytics

You're tracking creator content in spreadsheets. It's already wrong.

Spreadsheets go stale the moment you close them

You pull TikTok metrics on Monday. By Wednesday, the numbers have changed. By Friday, your report is fiction. Manual tracking can't keep up with content that's still accumulating views.

Content is scattered across platforms and campaigns

Some videos are on TikTok. Some on Instagram. Some were from Post Party campaigns. Some were from freelancers. Some were from your in-house team. There's no single view of how all your creator content is performing.

You know a video is doing well, but you don't know why

Views are up, but which script drove it? Which hook structure? Which visual style? Without script-level attribution, you can't replicate success. You can only celebrate it and hope it happens again.

Set up in 2 minutes. Metrics update automatically.

Step 1: Create a Tracking Project

Create Tracking Project dialog showing name field, description field, platform selector (TikTok + Instagram), and optional Playbook checkboxes (0–5).

Give your project a name and optionally link Playbooks for script-level analytics.

Open the Launch Center and click "Create Tracking Project." Name it, add an optional description, and select which platforms you want to track (TikTok, Instagram, or both). If you want script-level performance data, link up to 5 Playbooks.

Step 2: Paste Video URLs

Link Content dialog showing a URL paste field, optional script attribution dropdown, and notes field. A TikTok URL is pasted and the system is fetching metrics.

Paste any TikTok or Instagram URL. Metrics are pulled automatically in seconds.

Click "Link Content" and paste a TikTok or Instagram Reel URL. The system fetches the video's metrics instantly: views, likes, comments, shares, engagement rate, thumbnail, and creator handle. Optionally tag it with a Playbook script for attribution tracking.

Step 3: Watch Metrics Update Automatically

Tracking Project detail page showing KPI cards (32 Videos, 2.4M Views, 3.8% Engagement, 12 Scripts) and a content table with thumbnails, creator handles, platform badges, view counts, and engagement rates.

Your dashboard stays fresh: hourly updates for new content, daily for older posts.

Your Tracking Project dashboard shows all your linked content with live metrics. Videos less than 7 days old are refreshed every hour. Older content updates every 6 hours or daily. No manual pulls. No stale data.

Step 4: See Which Scripts Are Winning

Script Performance section showing a ranked table of scripts by total views, with horizontal bars showing relative performance. Top script highlighted with gold accent. Attribution coverage badge shows '87% attributed.'

Link a Playbook and see exactly which scripts drive the most views, not just which videos.

When Playbooks are linked to your Tracking Project, you unlock script-level analytics. See which hooks, formats, and scripts generate the most views and engagement. Use that data to refine your Playbooks and generate better scripts for the next campaign.

It doesn't have to be made on ContentCraze.

Project Track works with any TikTok or Instagram content, not just videos from Post Party campaigns.

Track content from freelance creators you manage outside the platform. Monitor your in-house team's TikTok posts. Keep tabs on influencer content from other platforms. Pull in videos from agency partners. If it has a TikTok or Instagram URL, you can track it here.

This makes Project Track the single source of truth for all your creator content performance, regardless of where it was produced or who made it. One dashboard. Every platform. Auto-updating.

Your content is already performing. Start measuring it.

Paste your first URL and see live metrics in seconds. Link Playbooks for script-level analytics. No spreadsheets. No manual pulls. No stale data.
