When a creator joins a Post Party campaign with linked Playbooks, the system randomly assigns them one script from the available pool. The assignment is instant and sticky: it doesn't change for the duration of the campaign. This ensures clean attribution for analytics.
After 48 hours, the system evaluates which Playbook format is generating the most views across your campaign. When one format leads by 20% or more, all new creators who join are automatically routed to that format. Creators already assigned keep their scripts. You can also trigger this manually from the analytics page.
Yes. If you tag scripts with a target gender during approval, Smart Matching filters the available pool by the creator's gender. Male creators see scripts tagged "all" or "male." Female creators see "all" or "female." If no gender-matched scripts are available, the system falls back to the full pool. A creator is never left without a script.
You can manually trigger "Scale Best Format" from the analytics page at any time, which routes all new creators to the top-performing Playbook format. You can also reset back to random distribution. Individual creator reassignment is handled by the system during scaling: creators who haven't submitted yet get reassigned to the winner, while those who have already submitted keep their original assignment.
Smart Matching works with any number of linked Playbooks (1 to 5). However, auto-scale requires at least 3 Playbooks to activate. The system needs enough data points to identify a meaningful winner.
